Our wheat has been bred by traditional methods and does not have any genetically modified material. It is grown from white wheat and produces white flour which does not require any artificial colouring or bleaching. It has the ability to survive in frozen dough form for extended periods of time without the use of preservatives or enhancers. Flinders Ranges Premium Grain flour is highly suitable for a wide range of products including artisan style baking techniques. HACCP principles are used in the production of our wheat, enabling full traceability of our product from “paddock to plate”.
