Flinders Ranges Premium Grain Pty Ltd produce flour from G.M. free, high protein wheat varieties, grown in the sun drenched paddocks of the Southern Flinders Ranges of South Australia. The flour is used for a range of different frozen dough bakery products, including bread rolls, fruit buns and artisan bakery products .

The flour from this wheat produces a superior frozen dough, which has an extended frozen shelf life, without the inclusion of preservatives or additives.

Our frozen dough has internationally recognisable, traceable quality control, covering all aspects of production from "paddock to plate".

Our aim is to supply discerning bakeries and caterers with our quality flour, or bakery products made from our superior frozen dough.

Manufacturing bakeries, "in-store" bakeries, large catering companies, bread shops and food service companies who provide meals to airlines, hospitals and restaurant chains are our target markets.
